Who Am I Beyond The Work?
Female Empowerment Champion
Mentoring The Next Generation
As a female in the business world, I am a fierce believer in helping the next generation of young women succeed. Starting from my time at Ohio University, where as a MBA student, I Co-Founded Women In Sports organization, I actively mentor students looking to get into the business world, as well as volunteer coach Girls On The Run. I also co-moderate #SportsBizMom to help connect and support other working mothers in the industry,

is a tribe of other successful
women, who have her back"
Rocking The Two Under Two
Mother to Two Young Daughters
My Husband, Jake, and I are raising two strong, independent, free-thinking daughters. Together, we like to explore new places, cheer on our favorite sports teams and spend as much time outdoors as possible.

Chief Marketer recognized my contributions in both the business world and how I am raising my family and named me to their inaugural "Market Like A Mother" Class.
On the weekends, you can typically find us at a playground. And yes, that's my older daughter going down the slide head first ... she has no fear!

"As for my girls, I'll raise them to think
that they can breathe fire."
Catch Me If You Can
From the Pool to the Track
If you couldn't tell already, I don't like to sit still (except for a really good glass of wine)! As a young child, I played multiple sports and the lessons I learned have transcended into my personal and professional life.
I swam collegiately at the DI level for the Akron Zips. During my time at Akron, I was Co-Captain of the Swim Team my Senior Year. The NCAA recognized my contributions by naming me a recipient of the Ethnic Minority and Women's Enhancement Postgraduate Scholarship for Careers in Athletics.

I continue to be active in my spare time by running and doing yoga. I actually ran my first marathon while pregnant with my eldest daughter and proud to say I came under my goal time of 4:30!

"When they take surveys of women in business, of the Fortune 500, the successful women, 80% of them say that they were in sports as a young women"
