Fiserv Forum

The NBA's Milwaukee Bucks were starting to develop Fiserv Forum, a new $550m state-of-the-art multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue, and were looking for partners to help bring their vision of creating the smartest NBA home venue to life.  IdeaQuest, who had recently finished their strategic sponsorship model, represented Johnson Controls to create an integrated, B2B partnership with the Bucks.  Johnson Controls became the first founding partner of Fiserv Forum and the Bucks, in return, purchased Johnson Controls products to help construct Fiserv Forum. As the Official Smart Building Partner of the Milwaukee Bucks, Johnson Controls has entitlement to the arena's northwest gate and mix of high-impact signage, hospitality and a dedicated video series. Since Fiserv Forum opened, it has become a living showcase of Johnson Control's technologies and helping to spur incremental projects. Below highlights a few activations I was responsible for.

01 - Northwest Entrance

Johnson Controls Entrance at Fiserv Forum

Working with Johnson Controls, Milwaukee Bucks and design firm Downstream, I was part of the team that designed Johnson Controls Entrance at Fiserv Forum. This included an "Open Globe" structure outside the gate, that glows green after each win at Fiserv Forum.  Inside the northwest gate, we installed a 60-foot "Outcome Wall" which highlights how Johnson Controls powers Fiserv Forum. 02 - Powering Fiserv Forum

Powering The Mission of The Bucks

I was part of the team that developed and created bespoke branded content for Johnson Controls sales team.  We developed "Powering The Mission of the Bucks", a series that served as dynamic testimony to how Johnson Controls; services supports Fiserv Forum and the Milwaukee Bucks' quest to become the smartest NBA venue.  In addition, I helped to coordinate the Fiserv Forum - which had become a living, breathing showcase of Johnson Controls' technologies - tours that Johnson Controls sales team took their prospective clients on to help secure additional business.

03 - Silver Spring Neighborhood

Giving Back to MKE with Johnson Controls

In 2017, the Bucks and Johnson Controls teamed up build a multi-sport complex on the campus of Browning Elementary School and Silver Spring Neighborhood Center in Milwaukee's Westlawn Neighborhood. The parties committed to developing a healthier and more vibrant Milwaukee for future generations. The complex includes six basketball courts, a soccer field, a track and a recreational space.  In addition to funding the infrastructure, Johnson Controls committed to providing funding for programming on an annual basis, and I was part of the team that was responsible for bringing thee programming to light.
