IdeaQuest was hired by Circuit of The Americas to develop and execute a holistic commercial sponsorship sales plan tied to the redevelopment of their campus. The strategic plan included programming around Formula 1 US Grand Prix. I was challenged by COTA's Chief Revenue Officer to create and manage an experiential hospitality program given my past experience with other B2B sales experiences.

VIP Programming at Circuit Of The Americas
Acting on behalf of COTA, I created a four-day program and was responsible for the entire experience including experiential design and programming, logistics, third party vendors and staffing. Working alongside COTA, I identified potential sponsors and used the VIP experience as a means to showcase these prospective partners how a sponsorship with COTA could help grow their businesses.
