Marco Island Experience

Johnson Controls partnered with IdeaQuest to design and execute several customer experience events, including their premier event - entitled Masters Circle - for their top global salespeople. Masters Circle is the highest honor a Johnson Controls salesperson could receive with less than 5% of its sales team across the global enterprise qualifying for the all-expense trip.  The trip was to Marco Island, FL and I was responsible for executing a five-day program, overseeing staffing, onsite programming and launching a SMS communication initiative. Masters Circle with Johnson Controls

From the moment guests arrived, there were special touches throughout the entire Masters Circle experience. Scroll through the photos on the left to see photos from the exclusive beach front party to the private Ngala Wildlife Preserve Experience to Tiffany's gifting station to the sales gala with special guests.  With over 450 guests in attendance, 30 custom groups managed and over five days of programming, the Masters Circle was a huge success. The event received a 80% "4 out of 4" star rating, which was the highest approval Johnson Controls recorded in recent years.
