The Players Championship reached out to IdeaQuest to see if we could help one of their sponsors, Morgan Stanley, with an activation in New York City to help extend and augment what they were planning to do onsite for the TPC at Sawgrass. Morgan Stanley wanted to set up a photo booth at their headquarters, which is located near Times Square, and broadcast the PGA tournament on their building facade LED screens. The Players Championship was not familiar with Manhattan permit requirements and asked IdeaQuest to manage the entire activation from start to finish. GIven my experience with other experiential activations, I was asked to lead point for IdeaQuest. I was able to secure the permits within a tight time-frame and help Morgan Stanley bring their activation to life.
